What kinds of homes are eligible for the program?

Move-in ready freehold single-family homes and townhouses, generally built after 2000. Homes priced between $150K and $600K (range depends on area and income). Homes must have a municipal water and sewer connection and be located in communities with populations of 20,000 or more. Refer to the Guideline Sheet for ineligible homes.
