To ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across our partner network, Requity Homes maintains the following partner attribution policy designed to protect partner relationships, avoid duplicate submissions, and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Once a client file or application is received from a partner — either directly or through a partner’s invited client list — the file will be attributed to that partner at the point of ingestion.
- Upon attribution, the file will be frozen to that partner for a period of six (6) months. During this period, the same client/application cannot be submitted or re-attributed to another partner.
- After the six (6) month period has elapsed, the file may be resubmitted by another partner if appropriate.
- All partner attribution decisions are finalized at the time of ingestion and will not be re-attributed unless an administrative or processing error has occurred.
- Any client request for partner re-attribution must be supported by a signed release agreement from the originally attributed partner before any review or consideration will occur.
- If a client originally signed up directly through Requity Homes (non-partner sourced) and has had no activity or engagement for more than three (3) months, the file may be reassigned to a new referring partner.
- Requity Homes reserves the right to assess unique or exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
