Draw Date: February 16, 20261. CONTEST OVERVIEW
The "Help a Friend Become a Homeowner" Referral Rewards Program (the "Contest") is sponsored by Requity Homes Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario with offices at 372 Bay St. Suite 200, Toronto, ON M5H 2W9, Canada (the "Sponsor").
Two Prize Draw Winners:
Prize #1: Winner's choice of either one (1) IKEA gift card valued at CAD $500, OR one (1) Walmart gift card valued at CAD $500
Prize #2: Winner's choice of either one (1) IKEA gift card valued at CAD $500, OR one (1) Walmart gift card valued at CAD $500
Total Prize Value: CAD $1,000
Additional Cash Rewards (Separate from Prize Draw): Participants are also eligible for Requity Homes' ongoing referral program, which provides $500 CAD for each successful referral who completes a home purchase and takes possession. Combined with this contest, participants have the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 CAD per referral ($500 contest entry + $500 guaranteed cash reward upon closing).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Who Can Enter
To be eligible to participate in this Contest, entrants must:
Be a current or former Requity Homes client (having submitted an application to Requity Homes)
Be a legal resident of Canada
Be at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence
Have had contact with Requity Homes within the last 180 days prior to November 1, 2025
2.2 Who Cannot Enter
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
Employees, officers, and directors of Requity Homes Inc.
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of Requity Homes employees
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Entry Method
No purchase necessary. Entries are earned through successful referrals:
One (1) entry is earned for each friend or family member referred who achieves "Full Approval" status with Requity Homes during the Contest Period
Full Approval is defined as: A referred individual's application that has successfully passed all underwriting requirements and received final approval from Requity Homes for home purchase
Only referrals that reach Full Approval status between November 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM EST and February 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST will qualify for contest entries
Referrals must be made using the Requity Homes referral portal or by providing the referrer's information during the initial application
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn
Entries are non-transferable
3.2 Referral Process
Participants must refer friends or family members through their Requity Homes client portal or by contacting Requity Homes directly
Referred individuals must provide the referrer's name and contact information during their initial application
Only referrals properly attributed to the participant will qualify for entries
Referrals must result in Full Approval during the Contest Period to earn a contest entry
Entries are credited exclusively to the participant who submitted the referral through the client portal or whose information was provided by the referred individual during their initial application. Only the referrer of record in the Requity Homes system at the time of application submission will receive entry credit.
3.3 Entry Recording
All entries will be automatically recorded in Requity Homes' CRM system

Entry timestamp is based on the date the referred client's application reaches Full Approval status
Participants will receive email confirmation when they earn an entry
3.4 Multiple Entries and Unique Referrals
Participants may earn unlimited entries during the Contest Period
Each qualifying Full Approval generates one (1) entry into the Prize Draw
Each unique referral that reaches Full Approval generates one (1) entry only
If multiple participants refer the same individual, only the first referrer of record will receive the entry
Duplicate referrals of the same individual by different participants do not generate additional entries
The same participant may win multiple prizes if selected in multiple draws4. ADDITIONAL CASH REWARDS (SEPARATE FROM PRIZE DRAW)
4.1 Ongoing Referral Program
In addition to contest entries, participants are automatically enrolled in Requity Homes' ongoing referral rewards program:
Participants receive $500 CAD for each successful referral who completes a home purchase and takes possession
This cash reward is paid separately from and in addition to prize draw entries
Payment will be issued within thirty (30) business days of the referred client taking possession
Payment method: e-transfer or cheque at Sponsor's discretion
Cash rewards are subject to applicable tax reporting requirements
4.2 Combined Earning Potential
Participants can earn up to $1,000 CAD per referral:
Contest Entry: Opportunity to win $500 gift card when referral reaches Full Approval
Cash Reward: Guaranteed $500 cash payment when referral completes home purchase and takes possession
4.3 Cash Reward Eligibility
Referrer must be a verified Requity Homes client
Referred client must complete home purchase through Requity Homes and take possession
Referral must be properly attributed through the referral portal or during application
Cash rewards are taxable and may be reported to tax authorities as required by law
5. DRAW DETAILS
5.1 Draw Process
Draw Date: February 16, 2026
Draw Time: Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
Draw Location: Requity Homes offices, 372 Bay St. Suite 200, Toronto, ON M5H 2W9, Canada
5.2 Selection Method
Two (2) separate random draws will be conducted to select the Prize winners
Each draw will select one (1) winner for each prize
Winners will be selected using a random number generator (Random.org or equivalent)
The draw will be witnessed by at least two (2) Requity Homes representatives
The draw process will be video recorded for verification purposes
5.3 Winning Eligibility
Participants may win both prizes. The same participant can be selected as the winner in both draws.
If a selected entrant is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM PROCESS
6.1 Notification
Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw
Winners will be publicly announced via email to all program participants on February 16, 2026
Winners' names may be posted on Requity Homes' social media channels and website
6.2 Verification & Release
Before being awarded the prize, selected winners must:
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance
Sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within five (5) business days of notification
Provide proof of eligibility if requested
Provide proof of being a current or former Requity Homes client
Choose between the IKEA or Walmart gift card option
Consent to the use of their name, photograph, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation
6.3 Unclaimed Prizes
If a selected winner:
Cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the draw
Fails to respond within five (5) business days
Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question
Does not comply with these Official Rules
Declines the prize
Then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
7. PRIZES
7.1 Prize Description
Two (2) Grand Prizes available:
Each winner receives their choice of ONE of the following:
One (1) IKEA gift card valued at CAD $500, OR
One (1) Walmart gift card valued at CAD $500
Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions
Gift cards must be redeemed according to the issuer's redemption policies
7.2 Prize Conditions
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable
No cash substitution or prize alternatives permitted
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable
Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prizes
Any applicable taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners
7.3 Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered electronically or by mail within ten (10) business days of winner verification
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected prizes
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 Agreement to Rules
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to:
Be bound by these Official Rules
The decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
Release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability
8.2 Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Violates these Official Rules
Tampers with the entry process
Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
Provides fraudulent information
Obtains entries through fraudulent means
Refers individuals who do not genuinely intend to apply for a home through Requity Homes
8.3 Limitation of Liability
By entering this Contest, entrants agree that:
The Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for:
Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Contest
Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by acceptance, possession, or use of prizes
Any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in Contest materials
Failed, lost, delayed, or intercepted communications
Entrants release the Sponsor from all liability related to prizes and cash rewards.
8.4 Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for Contest administration and cash reward payment
Information will be handled in accordance with Requity Homes' Privacy Policy
By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in these rules
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the Contest
8.5 Modification and Cancellation Rights
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Infection by computer virus
Bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud
Technical failures
Acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies
Government regulations
Any other circumstances that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, determine winners from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
In the event that zero (0) qualifying entries are received during the Contest Period, no prizes will be awarded, and the Contest will be deemed complete with no winners selected.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9.2 Final Decision
All decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, eligibility, winner selection, and all other aspects of the Contest shall be made by the Sponsor and are final and binding.
